Alice qualified from Queen Margaret University College in 2003 and has experience of working in both community and inpatient settings. She has worked with a variety of client groups, including older adult mental health, forensic and mental health learning disability and vocational rehabilitation, and she began specialising in brain injury and neuro-behavioural rehabilitation in 2016. Alice is the Occupational Therapist team lead at the Edinburgh neuro-rehabilitation service, working for NHS Lothian.

Alice has contributed to the educational material for the Scottish Acquired Brain Injury Network (SABIN) website. She regularly supervises students and has been involved in providing lectures on university programmes.
