Jackie is an Occupational Therapist with over 15 years\ experience. Jackie has a wealth of experience of working with adults and children within a variety of different settings and has spent the majority of her OT career working with children and young adults with complex needs.

Jackie has worked In case management since 2008, working with catastrophically injured adults and children. She has significant clinical experience of working with adults with acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex orthopaedics and trauma, and children with cerebral palsy. She has held the Care Quality Commission Registered Manager post for case management direct employment services, ensuring that the injured persons using the service received care of the highest standards. She has held senior management positions within the case management industry and has been responsible for the support and supervision of highly skilled case managers, ensuring quality provision.

More recently, Jackie has been involved in delivering high quality brain injury rehabilitation through occupational therapy. She is passionate and driven to improve the quality of OT interventions to ensure that injured clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
