Lilian studied Occupational Therapy at York St John University, qualifying in 1996 with a BHSc with Honours degree in Occupational Therapy. During her career she has worked extensively in the neurological field of Traumatic and Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation (TBI and ABI) working with adult clients in Residential Rehabilitation Units, including a Low Secure Unit, Transitional Housing and with clients who are living in their own homes in the community. As an experienced clinician she has worked within Inter-disciplinary Clinical Teams and extensively as a Lone Worker in the community.

She currently works with adult clients who have sustained a TBI/ABI and who need rehabilitation in their own home and local community. She provides detailed assessments and reports, goal focused rehabilitation, promoting independence in all aspects of functional performance. Her first priority is to establish a professional rapport with the client, their family members and where appropriate, their carers. She is also keen to establish and maintain communication with other professionals. She has additional experience working in Trauma and Orthopaedics.

She regularly attends relevant training seminars and professional conferences on a self-funded basis.
