Join Reach Personal Injury: Specialists in Home-Based Brain Injury Rehabilitation

Are you a passionate and experienced Neuro-Occupational Therapist looking to work in a flexible, impactful role? Join a team that delivers quality, individually tailored, home-based Brain Injury Rehabilitation across the UK.

We are seeking Neuro-Occupational Therapists (N-OTs) in all UK-wide locations, with particular immediate need in Bristol, Bath & North-East Somerset, Birmingham, and the wider West Midlands. We are looking for N-OTs with adult, child, and/or Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) experience.

About the role – Neuro-Occupational Therapist

Reach offers an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated, experienced, and dynamic team. Our N-OTs assess clients who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, write a tailored rehabilitation programme, and guide locally based Clinical Rehabilitation Assistants (CRAs) to deliver one-to-one interventions. This approach ensures that the programme is individually designed to match the rehabilitation needs of each client, while working closely with a wider multi-disciplinary team.

    What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified with the following skills, experience, and attributes:

    • A Dip/Degree in Occupational Therapy
    • At least five years of post-qualification experience in Neuro-Occupational Therapy
    • Accredited membership with the relevant professional body (e.g. BAOT/COT, BOS etc.)

    They will also:

    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
    • Be enthusiastic and highly motivated
    • Use their initiative and take a solution-focused approach
    • Be a strong team player
    • Take full responsibility for their actions and decisions

    What can we offer you?

Flexible, ad-hoc work that can be accepted or passed depending on your availability, and scheduled around other commitments

    • The opportunity to join a collaborative team of highly experienced N-OTs and Neuropsychologists
    • A way to “dip your toe” into the private rehabilitation sector, while continuing your current job
    • An annual in-house conference with clinical training and networking opportunities
    • Regular supervision, plus access to a wide range of neurorehabilitation expertise through CPD opportunities
    • The opportunity to attend external training events and workshops

We use a complex fee structure, so please get in touch for further details of the benefits offered.
