As Reach is both a clinical and therapeutic service, strong case management to act as the conductor of the wider team is key. Until now there has been little regulatory process within case management. However, the IRCM is addressing the need for a gold standard process through excellent clinical case management standards within a competency framework and a clear professional pathway. This action is enabling an accreditation model, which to date, has been missing. Congratulations to the IRCM, we plan to support them with their continuing developments in the coming years.”
