Gillian qualified from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2005 and has experience of working in both community and inpatient settings across a wide variety of clinical areas including elderly care, acute medical, orthopaedic and mental health. She began specialising in the neurological aspect of OT in 2007, working in the area of stroke and brain injury rehabilitation. Gillian is currently the team leader of the East Ross community Allied Health Professional (AHP) team within NHS Highland, covering a wide variety of client groups in both inpatient and community settings.

Gillian has presented some of her work nationally at an NHS event and maintains a keen interest in all aspects of neurology. She manages and supervises a team of both qualified and support staff and is committed to continued professional development.
