Senior Programme Manager


Sheena qualified from Queen Margaret University College in 1998 and has specialised in brain injury and neurorehabilitation since 1999. Sheena is the Neurorehabilitation Services Occupational Therapy Lead Clinician for NHS Lothian based at the Astley Ainslie and Royal Edinburgh Hospitals. The Neurorehabilitation services provide specialist in-patient and out-patient assessment and treatment for adults with acquired brain injury and neurological conditions between 16 and 67 years of age.

Amongst other things Sheena has been involved in writing and teaching various post graduate courses over the years, was involved in writing education material for the Scottish Acquired Brain Injury Network (SABIN) website and is the current Royal College of Occupational Therapy Specialist Section Neurological Practice Scottish East Regional Representative.

Sheena joined reach as a Programme Manager in 2006 and has been the Senior Programme Manager for Scotland since 2009.
